From agri (agriculture) to life science. We will study the science of “beauty and health” from the perspective of next-generation agriculture.

Through industry-academia-government collaboration with Nagahama Institute of Bio-Science and Technology and the Shiga Prefecture Tohoku Industrial Technology Center, we begin to move toward new business development, from cultivation techniques for functional vegetables/plants, to functional ingredient (nutrition) analysis techniques, and even research and development of food ingredients from organic farming.

Becoming a leading company in powder processing of agricultural products and 100% natural food ingredients

In our food ingredient contract processing business, we process agricultural produce entrusted to us by our customers by chopping it up or by making it into sterilized powder, adding value as food ingredients, and helping to connect rare agricultural produce to the 6th industrialization. In addition, we produce natural food ingredients (coloring materials) from natural food ingredients, including blue butterfly pea, which is grown completely pesticide-free and without chemical fertilizers, at farms in Thailand and Laos that we contract with to grow them.
